Returns

 

I would like to return my order for an
exchange or refund. How do I do this?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, don’t sweat it, we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.

Simply contact us at: info at topandderby dot com or use our contact formwithin 30 days of receiving your order. Let us know whether you’d like an exchange or refund, and we will email you a Return Authorization number (RA#) along with instructions on how to ship the goods back to our warehouse.

Returns and exchanges will be considered under the following conditions:

  • If any products in your order are defective
  • If any products in your order are damaged upon receipt
  • If you are unhappy with your purchase
  • If you want to exchange any of the products in your order for a different size
  • If you want to exchange any of the products in your order for a different colour 

If 30 days have passed since receiving your order, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the products in your order must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Additionally, to complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping conditions: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the order back to us. In the event of an exchange, you will also have to cover the shipping costs to mail the replacement order back to you. If you receive a refund, you will be refunded for the original purchase price of the order, excluding shipping costs.

US returns and exchanges must be shipped using USPS. We also recommend you purchase shipping insurance and get a tracking number before sending your package back to us. Without a tracking number, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your package.

Once we’ve received your package, we will inspect your return and will contact you within 7 business days to advise you whether your return or exchange has been approved or not.

If your return is approved and you’ve requested an exchange, we will ship out your new product immediately, subject to product availability. If you’ve requested a refund, then a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days of the return being processed.
