COVID-19 has made a big impact on all of our lives. We're all on a budget and now forced to do most of our shopping from home, which makes it difficult when looking for certain products. We are now offering hassle-free returns (in Canada and the USA) on all compression sock orders. If you're not completely satisfied with your socks and you would like to exchange or receive a refund, simply reach out using our contact form (within thirty days) and we'll take care of the rest!
NOTE: For sanitary reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on face masks as they are personal items

Simply contact us at: info at topandderby dot com or use our contact form, within thirty days of receiving your order. Let us know whether you’d like an exchange or refund, and we will email you instructions on how to ship the goods back to us.
Returns and exchanges will be considered under the following conditions:
- If any products in your order are defective
- If any products in your order are damaged upon receipt
- If you are unhappy with your purchase
- If you want to exchange for a different size or color
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the products in your order must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them (if you tried on the socks that's alright). Additionally, to complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the order back to us. In the event of an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs to mail the replacement order back to you. If you receive a refund, you will be refunded for the original purchase price of your order, including shipping costs.
US returns and exchanges must be shipped using USPS. We also recommend that you get a tracking number before sending your package back to us. Without a tracking number, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your package.
If your return is approved and you’ve requested an exchange, we will ship out your new product immediately, subject to product availability. If you’ve requested a refund, then a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within three business days of the return being processed.
NOTE: There are no returns or exchanges on discounted items.
