If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, don’t sweat it. We offer a fifteen day return policy for US and Canadian orders (Sorry, international orders are not eligible for returns or refunds at this time).
Simply contact us at: info at topandderby dot com or use our contact form, within fifteen days of receiving your order. Let us know whether you’d like an exchange or refund, and we will email you instructions on how to ship the goods back to us.
Returns and exchanges will be considered under the following conditions:
- If any products in your order are defective
- If any products in your order are damaged upon receipt
- If you are unhappy with your purchase
- If you want to exchange for a different size or color
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the products in your order must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Additionally, to complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the order back to us, and any additional costs to get the replacement product delivered to you. If you receive a refund, you will be refunded for the original purchase price of your order, excluding shipping costs.
US returns and exchanges must be shipped using USPS. We also recommend that you get a tracking number before sending your package back to us. Without a tracking number, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your package.
If your return is approved and you’ve requested an exchange, we will ship out your new product immediately, subject to product availability. If you’ve requested a refund, then a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within three business days of the return being processed.
