WALKING CANES
Top & Derby offers a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty against all manufacturing defects for our walking canes. The warranty is valid from the original date of purchase, and does not include normal wear and tear, such as the handle or foot. Please note that the handle, foot and shaft may wear with regular use over time. The warranty does not cover problems due to user negligence or misuse of the product.
If your Top & Derby product is proven to contain a defect in material or workmanship within the first 90 days that the product is used, Top & Derby will replace the product at no charge to the original purchaser. Shipping costs for returning products are not covered under this warranty, and will be incurred by the original purchaser.
COMPRESSION SOCKS
Top & Derby offers a 30-day manufacturer’s warranty against all manufacturing defects for our compression socks. The warranty is valid from the original date of purchase. Note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, pulled threads, runs, or holes due to toenails or snags. The warranty does not cover problems due to user negligence or misuse of the product.
If your Top & Derby product is proven to contain a defect in material or workmanship during the first 30 days that the product is used, Top & Derby will replace the product at no charge to the original purchaser. Shipping costs for returning products are not covered under this warranty, and will be incurred by the original purchaser.
NOTE: There are no returns, exchanges, or warranty on discounted clearance inventory of walking canes or compression socks.
